I have such a sweet tooth, so when it was a girlfriend’s birthday I leaped at the opportunity to bake. Obviously this recipe was the first and only one that popped into my mind. Putting grad school work on a temporary pause to make these yummy things were a must. My kitchen smelled of fresh lime zest and I found myself all too often licking the bowl because the batter was bananas delicious. Yes, I just used bananas as a verb. A huge thank you to wonderful Leah for letting me share this with you! The girl’s just so inspiring.
