I’ve met some pretty awesome people in the last 1.5 months of living in LA and this weekend was a testament to that. The only thing better than kicking it off with the Black Keys concert was listening to Tegan and Sara open for them. To say I was excited would be a small a severe understatement. I’m getting giddy just thinking about it. And, obviously a weekend just isn’t one without proper girl time, especially when it involves indulging in Mexican food at Pink Taco and clinking champagne glasses filled with kir royale. Spending Sunday knocking the remaining items off my to do list, inventing a dinner from scratch and having it turn out decently well, and Skyping some loved ones from home brought it to a lovely end.
And Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to all my lovely Canadians back home and around the world!

You’re missing the beautiful Canadian fall! Though probably experiencing gorgeously warm weather while we huddle under blankets.
I’m definitely enjoying the warm weather but a huge part of me definitely misses the fall!
