Since Kelly is a local Dubliner, the girl has had her fair share of doing everything and anything touristy in the city. But lucky for me she hadn’t yet been to the Jameson Distillery, so obviously it had to happen. We had some time to kill before our tour so we headed for the bar and I ordered my first irish whiskey…and oh my word it was de-licious! I made my fair share of them during my bartending days but never had a desire to try one, I mean it’s whiskey mixed with coffee, that shouldn’t be good. I now know better. And the tour was great, our guide was Canadian, we learned a lot and realized that tasting whiskey wasn’t all that scary!

When I lived in Dublin, one of my office Christmas parties was at the Jameson Distillery and it was awesome! Thanks for bringing back my fun memory :)
