something delicious: bite-sized baked brie.

It has been quite a while since I had posted a recipe (let alone baked anything!) so when a friend’s going away potluck party popped up on my schedule, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to break free from my dry spell.
All of my girlfriends love baked brie and since our initial discovery we’ve taken turns bringing it to various get togethers. First it was Catherine and then Megan, so I thought I’d give it a try! My personal twist: I made them bite-sized and packed them with raspberry jam {my only modification from this recipe}. Pre-oven, these treats looked {almost} picture perfect, but after 12-14 minutes of cooking time, a few the majority of them, shall we say, burst at the seams. At least the girls can attest they were still delish!
