After exploring the KL Tower, we ventured into the Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve. It’s the only tropical rainforest left in the city that shelters an array of species like monkeys, pythons, squirrels and lizards. It took Riley + I about an hour to walk through as many trails as we could, and the entire time it was so hard to believe that we were in the heart of such a major city. We continued on to Central Market and the city’s Chinatown, Jalan Petaling, for some much desired shopping. Every corner of market space was bursting with bright colours, elaborate designs + pristine detail – it was so hard not to stop, admire + buy it all!
