eyes/ears/ mouth+lens

This trip could not have come at a more perfect time. Exactly twenty-four hours before my handsome man + I caught our plane to Jamaica, I checked my email + read what I think is the best news that I’ve ever received to date (more to come about that later)! Two weeks later I still have a smile on my face. Needless to say, this seven-day hop to Montego Bay was exactly what I wanted. Deciding between the beach or pool and between a mango or strawberry daiquiri were the two toughest decisions I had to make all week – it was wonderful. And I made an unprecedented move: my cameras spent more time in my bag then in my hands!  My friends can attest to how rare of an event this is – one even said and I quote “you actually took a normal person amount of pictures, I’m so proud of you!” As much as I wish I had taken more, it was kind of nice to just relax and take it all in – after all that’s what vacations are for :)
